The students will be required to pass with 40% marks. These marks will not be added in the<br />

aggregate marks for the purpose of determining the Percentage of marks / division of the candidate.<br />

However, these marks shall be shown in a separate column of the DMC. The examination will be<br />

conducted by the college at its own level.<br />

( b). Basic Computer Education<br />

The subject of computer education has been introduced at TDC-I level for those students who<br />

do not have computer paper in their syllabus. It is a compulsory for all the students to qualify this<br />

paper. The scheme of the examination is as under:<br />

Theory : 100 Marks<br />

Practical : 100 Marks<br />

VII. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS<br />

B. A. (General) PART-I<br />

Minimum 33% pass marks with English as one of the subjects in the qualifying examination i.e.<br />

10+2.<br />

B. Com. PART-I (GENERAL)<br />

(i)<br />

(ii)<br />

40% marks with English as one of the subjects for those who have passed 10+2 in Commerce<br />

group or 50% marks with English in Non-commerce group (Humanities and Science).<br />

B.Com.-I examination under the old 10+1+3 Scheme of Kurukshetra University.<br />

OR<br />

Any other examination recognized as equivalent to (i) or (ii) above with English as one of the<br />

subjects and with the prescribed percentage of marks<br />

Five year Integrated Courses<br />

(A) . M.Sc. Engineering Physics<br />

10 +2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English with 50% marks in aggregate<br />

(B).<br />

M.Sc. Bio-technology<br />

10 +2 with Science (Medical / Non- Medical with English as one of the subjects) and 50% marks<br />

in aggregate<br />

(C).<br />

M.Sc. Honours Economics<br />

10+2 examination with 50% marks in aggregate with Mathematics / Commerce / Economics and<br />

English.<br />
