Food & Beverage Choices<br />

You will find lots of food choices at <strong>The</strong> <strong>Energy</strong><br />

Fair. <strong>The</strong> following food vendors are located<br />

in <strong>the</strong> Food Court, on <strong>the</strong> west side of <strong>the</strong><br />

fairgrounds. Enjoy a wide range of local and<br />

worldly cuisine. Don’t miss <strong>the</strong> hospitality<br />

of Heartland Stables, with burgers and brats<br />

located in Exhibit Hall A.<br />

ADIRE: Indian meals, curries and samosas, and<br />

mango lassi (a yogurt drink).<br />

Café Tarragon: Vegetarian, vegan, and raw food<br />

with electricity produced by PV and humanpowered<br />

bicycle genera<strong>to</strong>rs.<br />

Danny’s Gyros: Classic lamb gyros, chicken gyros,<br />

cucumber sauce is made fresh, along with great<br />

Philly cheese steaks.<br />

Dosirak: Barbecued beef and beef ribs with rice.<br />

Hillbilly’s Roasted Corn: Roasted sweet corn,<br />

sweet pota<strong>to</strong>es, and corn chips with nacho cheese.<br />

Jamaican Kitchens LLC: Rice and beans, jerk<br />

sandwiches, BBQ meatballs, vegetarian stir fry, and<br />

Jamaican fruit punch.<br />

Little Shop of Cheesecakes: Cheesecakes made<br />

from 100% Wisconsin dairy products and freshly<br />

made lemonade.<br />

Luicis: Homemade ice cream with RBGH-free,<br />

locally sourced cream.<br />

Mama’s Munchies: Indian tacos, taco salads, corn<br />

dogs, fajitas, and fry bread.<br />

Urb Garden: Barbeque tempeh, veggie wok noodles,<br />

hummus and vegetable wraps, sweet coconut curry,<br />

samosa, desserts, smoothies, and more.<br />

Friday and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. <strong>to</strong> 6:00 p.m.<br />

Sunday, 9:00 a.m. <strong>to</strong> 4:00 p.m.<br />

Parched Drink Up!<br />

In our efforts <strong>to</strong> reduce waste, reduce our carbon<br />

footprint, and use local resources, <strong>the</strong>re is no<br />

bottled water sold at <strong>The</strong> <strong>Energy</strong> Fair. Should you<br />

find yourself thirsty, we offer our healthy, clean<br />

well water free throughout <strong>The</strong> <strong>Energy</strong> Fair.<br />

Enjoy our local resource by bringing your own<br />

water bottle and filling it up throughout <strong>the</strong> Fair.<br />

You can also buy MREA water bottles and coffee<br />

mugs at <strong>the</strong> MREA Marketplace.<br />
