VISA SUPPORT DOCUMENTS for Type C Short-term Tourist Visa Type C Short-term Tourist Visa (valid for up to 30 days, single or double) is issued for conducting tourist trips to the Republic of Belarus. A double-entry tourist visa can be issued on the basis of the invitation which states the reasons for a double entry visa (a visit to the neighbouring states during the trip, air/bus/train etc tickets, an appropriate tour program etc). When applying for this type of visa, apart from the visa application form, passport, one photograph and payment, an applicant needs to submit one of the following visa support documents: an application (original, in Russian) issued by a Belarusian tourist company/ travel agency on the company letter-head bearing the full name of the tourist organization, its location and telephone number, commitment of the tourist company that the foreigner will comply with the rules of stay in the Republic of Belarus, sealed by the company an application (original, in Russian) issued by a treatment center or a health improvement organization, on the letter-head indicating the full name, location and telephone number of the organization, purpose, period of stay of a foreign citizen, the services provided, confirmation of the voucher reservation and full or partial prepayment for the services, as well as the commitment of the treatment center or health improvement organization that the foreigner will comply with the rules of stay in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, sealed by the organization an application (original, in Russian) issued by a rural tourist business (company) with its name and address, purpose and period of stay of a foreign citizen, the services provided and the commitment of the rural tourist business that the foreign citizen will comply with the rules of stay in the Republic of Belarus and copies of the documents confirming the right to provide services in the sphere of rural tourism By the prior consent of the consul a short-term tourist visa can be obtained on the basis of: a scanned/ fax copy of a duly completed application a scanned/ fax accommodation booking confirmation for the period of reservation, but not more than for 10 days Main Belarusian Travel Agencies (websites): National Tourist Agency of the Republic of Belarus Belintourist, National Tour Operator of the Republic of Belarus AlatanTour Belarus Tour Service CentreKurort for Sanatorium and Resort Services SmokTravel Top-Tour Vneshintourist Vokrug Sveta BSP Travel Agency Belarustourist Belarusian Association of Rural and Ecotourism "Country Escape"
