The fourth Thursday of November is set aside for Thanksgiving in the
United States. This tradition dates back to the early 1600’s when local
native tribes helped European settlers survive the harsh winters of the
Northeast. Without the help of the Native Americans, the settlers would
most likely have all died.
The settlers joined with the Native Americans in giving thanks to God
for their lives and their many blessings. They celebrated together for
three days. What a wonderful way to show appreciation and thanks.

The pH Factor Changes a Life

“At age 17, I was 6
feet and 1 inch tall
and weighed a
sloppy 220 pounds.
By the time I was 55
years old I had
managed to pack on
77 extra pounds. I
was very close to
300 pounds and
looking for a diet
program that
actually worked.
When ForMor launched their pH factor program I
became intrigued by the study and information pertaining
to how and why people like myself would gain all that
extra weight over a period of time. I compared the
foods on the acid-forming list in the system protocol
booklet to that of my eating habits. Sure enough, most
of the foods in my diet were on that list. Then I listened
to some testimonials on the weekly conference calls that
ForMor had put together to help people learn from
other people’s experiences. It was the first time I had
heard information about weight-loss explained straight
from the heart and I knew I could follow this simple
system.
Over my first four months on
the pH Factor, I lost 35 pounds!
I was afraid maintaining the
weight would be difficult or
impossible but transitioned to
the maintenance program
anyway. To my amazement, I
actually lost another 5 pounds
over the next few months! The
weight had come off and stayed
off. This was definite proof of
the pH Factor’s effectiveness
to me. So far I had lost 40
pounds, and I did it my way.
On August 20 th , 2003, I re-dedicated myself and as of
September 7 th , I have shed another 10 pounds. That is
a total of 50 pounds that I have lost with the pH Factor.

minimal exercise, I now feel strong and energetic and
I must admit, I am looking and feeling younger.
My goal is to have my weight down to 220 pounds before
my 56th birthday. I now know that I can accomplish

Growing Team Shatters Expectations in Singapore

About 3 years ago when our government legalized
network marketing, many Singaporeans blindly rushed
into the industry. After spending 20 years in banking
and 4 years in real estate, I too was looking for a better
