Litigation Paralegal Opportunities Our Litigation Department has been involved in nearly every high-profile, high-stakes litigation of its time, handling cases that will shape the financial markets, corporate boardrooms and society for years to come. Our litigation practice encompasses the breadth of civil and criminal litigation. We litigate in virtually every area of the law, from white collar criminal defense to copyright, trademark and patent infringements to securities and other complex commercial disputes. Litigation Paralegals assist lawyers in all phases of the litigation process, from the discovery period through trial and post-trial findings and appeals. Your responsibilities will include: • document organization and production • conducting factual research • preparing for and attending depositions • preparing for and attending trials • acting as liaison among various internal departments as well as with outside agencies Litigation Paralegals may work on assignments in a variety of areas, including: • Antitrust • Employment • Environmental • Insurance • Intellectual Property • Patent Infringement • Product Liability • Securities • White Collar Crime
