What We Look For in a Candidate
There is no “typical” Paul, Weiss paralegal. We hire college graduates with a wide
variety of majors and diverse backgrounds.
Paul, Weiss seeks candidates who have a four-year college degree and a minimum
3.3 grade point average upon graduation.
We are looking for candidates who are motivated and detail-oriented and meet the
following qualifications:
• strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• demonstrated leadership skills
• team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
• ability to multitask
• interest in the legal field as demonstrated through undergraduate coursework,
extracurricular activities, or jobs and internships.
