What We Look For in a Candidate<br />
There is no “typical” Paul, Weiss paralegal. We hire college graduates with a wide<br />
variety of majors and diverse backgrounds.<br />
Paul, Weiss seeks candidates who have a four-year college degree and a minimum<br />
3.3 grade point average upon graduation.<br />
We are looking for candidates who are motivated and detail-oriented and meet the<br />
following qualifications:<br />
• strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and writing skills<br />
• demonstrated leadership skills<br />
• team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic<br />
• ability to multitask<br />
• interest in the legal field as demonstrated through undergraduate coursework,<br />
extracurricular activities, or jobs and internships.<br />
