Paul, Weiss offers competitive salary and benefits: • Paralegals are eligible for up to 10 vacation days and three elective days per year (pro rated in your first year). • Paralegals have the opportunity to receive a year-end merit-based bonus which recognizes performance and contribution. • We offer reimbursement for the cost of enrolling in a graduate school exam (i.e., LSAT, GRE, GMAT and MCAT) preparation course of up to $1,000 after six months of employment. An LSAT prep course is offered at the firm throughout the year. • We offer reimbursement for the cost of a single graduate school examination (i.e. LSAT, GRE GMAT, or MCAT) after six months of employment. • We offer a $2,000 interest-free relocation loan, which is paid back through payroll deductions. • Paralegals are eligible to participate in the firm’s 401(k) plan as well as its medical plan, short-term disability insurance and long-term disability insurance starting on their first day of employment. • Paralegals receive overtime pay and meal and transportation allowances when working overtime. • Paralegals can take advantage of the firm’s corporate discount rates at various health clubs in New York City.
