Christopher R. Fox Joins Firm’s Top Management Team
(ST. LOUIS / June 17, 2013) Solon Gershman Inc., St. Louis based,full‐service
commercial real estate company, announces the June 1 appointment of
Christopher R. Fox as Executive Vice President of Transactions and Advisory
Services. In this role Fox will assume responsibility for all facets of the brokerage,
transaction and advisory service divisions.
Fox has been in commercial real estate since 1992, recently as a principal and
managing director at Gateway Commercial, an independent, locally owned,
commercial real estate brokerage firm and member of the Cushman & Wakefield
Alliance. Prior to Gateway, Fox served as managing director of Cushman &
Wakefield of Missouri, Inc. During his tenure at Gateway Commercial, Fox also
served on the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance executive committee.

property management with a strong record in leasing, sales and advisory services
to leading corporations and property owners. He has been integral to a number of
the higher profile transactions in the St. Louis market and brings that acumen to

Fox is looking forward to the role he will play at this juncture in the company’s

A leader in the commercial real estate field, Fox serves on the boards of the St.
Louis Association of Realtors Commercial Division, (SLAR) where he is a past
president; Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) past president and
board member; Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) past president and
board member; and Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) where Fox serves as
the current president.
Fox has been an active participant with the Multiple Sclerosis Society (MS) for
which he earned the Leadership Award MS Corporate Achievers, and with Youth
Learning Center. Professionally he has been awarded Certified Commercial
Investment Member of the Year Award, CCIM St. Louis Chapter and the Office
Deal of the Year Award, SIOR St. Louis Chapter. He volunteers with his parish
school and is a baseball and soccer coach. He lives in Crestwood with his wife,
Michelle and four children ages 13 to 6.
