Barb to leave <strong>in</strong>structions for him to call SAMUEL LIPARI<br />
about Medical Supply’s corpor<strong>at</strong>e escrow account rejection<br />
<strong>at</strong> 9 a.m. <strong>the</strong> follow<strong>in</strong>g morn<strong>in</strong>g.<br />
126. Barb asked for more details concern<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> problem.<br />
127. Barb said Mr. Cesere had a morn<strong>in</strong>g meet<strong>in</strong>g but she<br />
would get <strong>the</strong> message to him.<br />
128. At 4:30 p.m. Barb called back and asked for additional<br />
<strong>in</strong>form<strong>at</strong>ion and <strong>the</strong> names <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> people Medical Supply had<br />
dealt with so th<strong>at</strong> Mr. Cesere could <strong>in</strong>quire about <strong>the</strong><br />
problem.<br />
