Description: Use your own body's resistance with band work for ultimate fitness and core strength. Bandometrics is a total<br />
body workout that helps sculpt and define your entire body. Learn to correct your posture, correct alignment, and tighten<br />
up...with your very own personal workout. This is a workout that brings strong, noticeable results. Students should bring a<br />
mat, towel and water.<br />
Body Sculpting<br />

Description: Body sculpting is an upper and lower body workout with no aerobic component. Abdominal exercises are<br />
included. This workout uses light weights and finishes with stretching.<br />

Description: Everyone is looking for the magical pill that will shed those extra pounds of unwanted fat. However, while there<br />
seems to be a new fat-loss diet and exercise plan every month, statistics show that people are getting fatter. The missing link is<br />
fitness. Learn about the misconceptions of fat loss and how to lose fat by getting fit.<br />
