LOST TICKETS, ETC. - 75<br />

K (F) LOST TICKETS, MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES ORDERS, DEPOSIT<br />

RECEIPTS AND EXCESS BAGGAGE TICKETS<br />

THE FOLLOW<strong>IN</strong>G PROVISIONS WILL GOVERN REFUND OR<br />

REPLACEMENT OF LOST TICKETS, ETC., OR UNUSED PORTIONS<br />

THEREOF.<br />

(1) TIME LIMITATION FOR REFUND REQUEST<br />

(A) (APPLICABLE TO AC, AZ, CP, CU, EI, FF, PH,<br />

QF, SN, SS AND TW ONLY.) SUBJECT TO <strong>RULE</strong><br />

90(A)(L), CARRIER WILL REFUND A LOST TICKET<br />

OR LOST PORTION THEREOF UPON RECEIV<strong>IN</strong>G<br />

WRITTEN REQUEST FOR REFUND FROM THE<br />

PASSENGER.<br />

NOTE: (APPLICABLE TO CO, FF, PH AND TW ONLY.)<br />

WRITTEN REQUEST FOR REFUND MUST BE MADE<br />

NOT LATER THAN ONE MONTH AFTER THE<br />

EXPIRATION DATE OF THE LOST TICKET.<br />

(B) (APPLICABLE TO AZ, CP, EI, NZ, SK AND TZ<br />

ONLY.) CARRIER WILL REFUND A LOST TICKET OR<br />

LOST PORTION THEREOF <strong>IN</strong> NOT LESS THAN FOUR<br />

MONTHS AFTER RECEIPT OF SATISFACTORY PROOF OF<br />

LOSS.<br />

(C) (APPLICABLE TO AC AND CU, SS ONLY.)<br />

APPLICATION FOR REFUND SHOULD BE MADE DUR<strong>IN</strong>G<br />

THE PERIOD OF VALIDITY OF THE TICKET OR<br />

EXCHANGE ORDER, AND THE CARRIER RESERVES THE<br />

RIGHT TO REFUSE REFUND WHEN APPLICATION<br />

THEREFORE IS MADE MORE THAN 30 DAYS AFTER<br />

EXPIRY DATE OF THE TICKET OR EXCHANGE ORDER.<br />

(2) BASIS FOR REFUND<br />

(A) REFUND WILL BE MADE ON ONE OF THE FOLLOW<strong>IN</strong>G<br />

BASES, WHICHEVER IS APPLICABLE:<br />

(I) IF NO PORTION OF THE TICKET HAS BEEN<br />

USED:<br />

(AA) IF THE PASSENGER HAS NOT PURCHASED<br />

A REPLACEMENT TICKET, REFUND WILL<br />

BE THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE FARE PAID<br />

LESS ANY CARRIER COMPENSATION, IF<br />

APPLICABLE; <strong>IN</strong> THE CASE OF<br />

NON-REFUNDABLE TICKETS, THE FULL<br />

AMOUNT OF THE FARE PAID MAY BE USED<br />

TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF A TICKET AT<br />

AN APPLICABLE HIGHER FARE OR,<br />

ALTERNATELY, AN MCO FOR FUTURE<br />

TRAVEL ANNOTATED "NON-REF".<br />

(BB) IF THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED A<br />

REPLACEMENT TICKET, THE CARRIER<br />

THAT ISSUED THE ORIG<strong>IN</strong>AL TICKET<br />

WILL REFUND TO THE PASSENGER THE<br />

FARE PAID FOR SUCH REPLACEMENT<br />

TICKET. AZ WILL REFUND TO THE<br />

PASSENGER THE FARE PAID FOR THE<br />

LOST TICKET.<br />

(II) IF A PORTION OF THE TICKET HAS BEEN
