Stall Decorations There will be no judging or awards for stall decorations. All riders are welcome to participate in decorating their stalls for fun. CGA BAR-B-QUE & CARNIVAL NIGHT CGA will be having the Bar-B-Que on Wednesday, July 31st. beginning at 6:00 PM. All riders who enter 10 or more regular events will receive either 1 free adult ticket or 2 free children's tickets to the Bar-B-Que. Additional tickets for family members and guests may be purchased for $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children. The adult dinner will consist of Tri-tip, Beans, Salad, Bread & Soda. The childrens dinner will include a hotdog instead of Tri-tip. Cut off for Bar-B-Que tickets is Monday, July 29th, we can not sell any more tickets after that. NOTE: Event or Match Race make-ups, will be scheduled for Saturday, August 3rd at 8:00 am if required. Page 8
<strong>Show</strong> Awards Regular Championship <strong>Show</strong> Twenty One Divisions/Age Groups (13 Events) 1. High Point Saddles 2. Reserve High Saddle Pads 3. Top Three Award (3rd place each division) 4. Souvenir Participation Ribbons to all riders. 5. Championship Buckle for First Place in each event Performance Award Medallions for 1st through 10th for each event (For placement on Participation Ribbon). Overall Speed Division (6 events) (Barrels, Birangle, Hurry Scurry, Speed Barrels, Single Stake, Figure 8 Stake) 1. Overall Champion Speed Division Buckle 2. Reserve Champion Speed Division Buckle Overall Skill Division (7 events) ( Figure 8 Flag, Keyhole, Poles I, Poles II, Speed Ball, Big 'T', Quadrangle) 1. Overall Champion Skill Division Buckle 2. Reserve Champion Skill Division Buckle Match Races 1. The Overall Match Race Champion (Winner of the most money) receives a special Buckle plus $500.00. In addition, they will receive the Gerald Davis Match Race Trophy at Convention in November. In the case of a tie for the most money, the winners will be declared co-champions and will each receive a Buckle, Trophy, and split the $500.00 prize money. 2. Awards for Match Race events (Novice Match Races/Rescue Race - Buckle only) are: Champion: Buckle & $100.00 Reserve Champion: $ 40.00 2 Semifinalists (Tie): $ 15.00 each Team Events 5 Events: Championship Buckles for First Place. Performance Awards 1st through 10th for each event (For placement on Participation Ribbon). Note - you must be 12 years of age or older as of 01/01/2012 to participate in Rescue Race.
