USE CAUTION AT ALL TIMES<br />
13. All pets are to be kept on leashes, or restraints, at all times. Only one warning<br />
may be given before removal of the animal will be required by <strong>Show</strong> Management.<br />
ANY AGGRESSIVE ANIMAL WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE REMOVED<br />
IMMEDIATELY. Please remember to clean up after your pet, it is not only courteous<br />
but required by Bolado Park regulation. All dogs must have proof of current rabies<br />
vaccination.<br />
14.Permission Slips for Minors: If you are not attending the CGA <strong>State</strong> <strong>Show</strong> with<br />
your child, you must send with the guardian, a signed letter, giving permission for<br />
decision making for potential medical emergencies.<br />
15. Early Arrival<br />
CGA's reduced rates do not apply if you plan to arrive at the Fairgrounds prior<br />
to Friday, July 26th. If you plan to arrive at the Fairgrounds prior to July 26, 2013,<br />
YOU MUST PAY WITH YOUR ENTRY. The charge for an RV is $33.00 per night,<br />
$13.00 per night for a Tent, stalls are $25.00 per day. There is a place on the entry<br />
form for early arrival fees. NOTE: Early arrival is primarily for show management,<br />
if you arrive early and set up in management space, you will be asked to<br />
move.<br />
16. Stalls: VERY IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY<br />
Stall facilities on the grounds will be provided on a first come first served basis.<br />
No stalls may be "Reserved" or "Saved". Only <strong>Show</strong> Management has the privilege to<br />
reserve stalls for their own use, because early arrival of the management is required to<br />
set up the show. Stallions, biters, kickers, or "problem" horses should be placed in the<br />
Pipe corrals along side of the arena. Please make sure your animal is current on all<br />
inoculations.<br />
U-Barn Stalls can be reserved through the <strong>State</strong> Office and are only issued with<br />
a completed <strong>State</strong> <strong>Show</strong> Entry Form.. Do not call the state office for reservations.<br />
The <strong>State</strong> Office will contact you when and if you have been assigned a U-Barn Stall<br />
(32 stalls). See the entry form for additional costs of these areas. Entries received<br />
reserving a U-Barn stall must be accompanied by registration and payment of a<br />
minimum of 10 events.<br />
All other stalls, you may put your horse in any stall that has not been taken. You<br />
may NOT save a stall for a friend or relative, you may only take the stall(s) you<br />
