14. Qualifying criteria & mode of submission of Tenders.<br />

The tenderer should have minimum eligibility criteria as given below:<br />

14.1 Technical Eligibility Criteria.<br />

Should have completed in the last three financial year (i.e. current year and three previous financial years) at least one<br />

similar single work for a minimum value of 35% of advertised tender value.<br />

The similar nature of work required as qualifying criteria, in this tender will be as follow:-<br />

14.2 Financially Eligibility Criteria.<br />

Total contract amount receive during the last three years and in the current financial year,<br />

should be minimum of 150% of advertised tender value. Tender committee would satisfy themselves about the authenticity<br />

of the certificates produced by the tenderer (s) to this effect which may be an attested certificate from the employer/client,<br />

audited balance sheet duly certified by chartered account etc.<br />

15. Should have minimum construction machinery tools and plants and vehicle etc required for satisfactory execution<br />

of works. Details to this be submitted along with the bid.<br />

16. The Tenderer must submit Earnest money with the offer without which the tender shall summarily be rejected.<br />

17. Non-receipt or delayed receipts of tenders due to any account shall be at tenders' risk.<br />

18. Tenderer should submit documents in support of minimum eligibility criteria along with tender. No document in<br />

support of minimum eligibility criteria will be accepted/entertained after opening of tender.<br />

19. Incomplete offer, conditional bid/bids and tenders received after due <strong>date</strong> and time due to delay of any reason shall<br />

be summarily rejected.<br />
