SYSTEM PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
PROFORMA FOR THE SYSTEM PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

The President of India,
I/We........................................................................................ hereby guarantee that
the design on the basis of which we have submitted our Tender
No................................................. has been carefully made to conform to the end
objectives in the tender documents and to technical specification therein. We further
guarantee that in the event of the performance of the system, when installed, not
complying with the end objectives or with the specifications contained in the tender
documents, we shall provide further inputs to enable the Railways to realise the end
objectives contained in these documents without any additional payment for any
additional equipment which may be required in this regard. We further guarantee that all
the expenses including the expenses incurred in India for providing the additional inputs
under the System guarantee will be borne by us. We further guarantee that these
additional inputs will be provided by us to make the system workable within 8 months
from the date on which this guarantee is invoked by the Purchaser.
