TENDER NOTICE
Sealed Tenders are invited for & on behalf of President of India, from reputed contractors for the
following works mentioned as Item No.(1) & (2) respectively:-
1. Tender Notice No. 1) IRPMU/S&T / Kanpur /Project/Vehicle hiring/ Tender-20 dt. 13.4.2012
2) IRPMU/S&T/Kanpur/Project/CNB-ALD/Indoor/Tender- 21 Dt. 13.4.2012
2. Name of work. (1) Hiring of One Non A.C. Multiutility vehicle i.e. Tata Sumo /Qualis /Tavera
/ Scorpio/Innova etc in perfectly good condition with registration on or after 1-
1-2010, for supervision/inspection of various ongoing works by Dy.
CSTE/Proj/CNB in jurisdiction of Dy. CSTE/Proj/IRPMU/CNB unit..
(2) “Design, preparation Supply and Alteration for existing SSI/RRI/PI/Cabins in
connection with Automatic Block Signalling for 27 Block section of ALD Division
between CNB – ALD section.”
3. Approx. cost 1) Rs. 4.31 lack. For 12 months( payment will be made once in three months)
2) Rs. 3.80 Crore.
4. Earnest money. 1) Rs. 8620/- in the form of DD drawn in favour of FA & CAO/IRPMU/New Delhi.
2) Rs. 340000/-in the form of DD drawn in favour of FA & CAO/IRPMU/New Delhi.
5. Cost of Tender form: 1) Tender form not transferable, cost Rs.1000/- (One thousand only)
2) Tender form not transferable, cost Rs. 10000/- (Ten thousand only)
6. Sale of Tender

Tender form can be obtained from 09.5.2012 to 23.5.2012 from 10:30 hours and
16:00 hours on every working day and upto 12.00 hrs on 24.5.2012 in the Office of
Dy. Chief Signal & Telecom Engineer/ Project/ IRPMU/ N.C. Railway, Near
Jhakarkati Bus Stand, G.T. Road, Kanpur on furnishing a DD of Rs. 1000/- for S No.
(1) and Rs. 10000/- for S.No. (2), in favour of FA & CAO/IRPMU/ New Delhi or cash.
Tender notice can also be obtained by post by sending a DD for tender cost and Rs
500/- extra for postal charges of each tender in favour of FA & CAO/IRPMU/ New
Delhi. Tender document can also be available on government website
www.tenders.gov.in and IRPMU website www.irpmu.railnet.gov.in Tender document
will also be available on these websites from the date of sale of tender forms.
Tenderers who are submitting their bid in downloaded tender form are required to
deposit the cost of tender document separately.
7. Last date and time of (1) 24.5.2012 up to 14:00 hours and will be opened at 15:00 hours on same day.
