Schedule for Alteration work in Station SSI/RRI/PI/Cabins suiting to Automatic block working.

1 Design and Supply of Existing Station SSI Software to suit
alteration for Automatic block working. This includes
software for Indication panel(VDU), Executive software
Application logic and all Interconnecting Cables etc.At first
stage alteration in design to be done for 1 side auto section
and made FAT and supplied. In second stage alteration in
design for other side auto section also to be incorporated
and made FAT and supplied.
2 Design and preparation of existing circuit diagram with
PI/SSI/Cabin and installations to suit alteration for
automatic block working.( for small station).At first stage
alteration in design & drawings to be done for one side
auto section and supplied. In second stage alteration in
design & drawings for other side auto section also to be
incorporated and supplied.
3 Alteration work in operating cum indication Domino panel
to include automatic block territory .This includes supply of
additional dominos and cover plates along with
LEDs,Cables and wiring etc. At first stage alteration in
design to be done for 1 side auto section and supplied. In
second stage alteration in design for other side auto
section also to be incorporated and supplied.
4 Complete wiring of ECRs, UECR's, GKTs, Relays, Relay
Groups and other equipment as per approved wiring
diagram and instructions of Engineer in charge including
dressing , bunching and threading of signalling equipments
e.g. Relays, ECR's etc.
5 Testing of alteration done for Automatic block working in
PI/RRI/SSI/Cabin installation with MACL system as a
whole shall be carried out by the Engineer in Charge of the
work with the help of representative of Contractor. At first
stage testing of alteration in design to be done for one side
auto section. In second stage testing of alteration in design
for other side auto section .All artisan staff and labours
required for testing to be provided by contractor.
6 Commissioning of alteration done for Automatic block
working in PI/RRI/SSI/Cabin installation with MACL system
as a whole shall be carried out by the Engineer in Charge
of the work with the help of representative of Contractor. At
first stage commissioning of alteration in design to be done
for one side auto section. In second stage commissioning
of alteration in design for other side auto section All artisan
staff and labours and any testing provision etc required for
commissioning to be provided by contractor.
