2.3.2 Sch. B Design Modification of existing design/software, application Logic, interface diagrams, existing relay room circuit diagrams, LCP (VDU) diagram of stations as per approved SIP and selection table approved by railways and as per guidelines given in ‘Section III Chapter I – Technical and Operation guidelines’. i) Submissions for approval as per procedure below: a) All the above tentative drawings (Red and Green copies) in 2 sets will be submitted at IRPMU HQs for approval. b) IRPMU will return one copy after correction and retain one copy for their records. c) After correction, the contractor will issue 2 sets of corrected Red and Green copy of only affected sheets. d) Steps 2 & 3 will repeat till the drawings are approved by IRPMU/HQs. e) After the drawings are approved, the final Red & Green copy and a Master copy prepared from red copy will be signed at IRPMU/HQs. ii) Distribution of approved copies a) The Master copy of Application Logic, Interface diagram, existing relay room circuit diagrams, VDU diagrams etc. will be submitted in IRPMU/HQs. b) The true copy of ‘Red and Green copy’ Interface diagrams, existing relay room circuits will be prepared as under: - One copy for IRPMU Field staff. - One copy for contractor’s field staff for wiring marked ‘Construction copy’. c) Copies will be prepared out of Master copy of Interface diagrams, existing relay room circuit diagrams and sent one each to Dy CSTE/IRPMU (Field) and to Contractor’s field representative marked ‘Testing copy’. iii) The Testing copy will be signed by IRPMU and Contractor’s representative after carrying out the Bell test, before and after commissioning. It will be handed over by the contractor in Dy CSTE/IRPMU (Field) office. Note:- If tenderer is not OEM than tenderer has to submit MOU with OEM for doing alteration in Electronic interlocking. Non submission of MOU with OEM will led to cancellation of offer. 2.3.3 Sch-B: Installation, wiring, testing and commissioning of alterations i) Indoor Installation at Station will involve a) Fixing of relays, phoenix terminals, fuses etc. in the relay room and wiring from phoenix twin terminals to relays and relays to CT rack etc. b) Installation and wiring of I/O cards with all accessories (wherever required). Wiring will include wiring from MLK/Westrace to twin terminals. c) Fixing and wiring of rotary switches in ASM room for changing to modified auto block signalling during Foggy weather if required by railways. d) Software loading in Electronic interlocking and VDU e) Alterations in operating cum indication panel with contractors own material.
