2.3.1 <strong>Tender</strong>er/s should enclose documents and certificates to show that he/they has/<br />
have satisfactorily carried out works of the type <strong>in</strong>volved <strong>in</strong> the construction of the<br />
work be<strong>in</strong>g tendered for. He/They should also produce proof of the satisfaction of<br />
the Railway of his/their technical ability and f<strong>in</strong>ancial stability to undertake the<br />
work of the magnitude tendered for.<br />
2.3.2 The tenderer/s shall submit with his/their tender a list of serviceable mach<strong>in</strong>ery,<br />
tools and plants, equipments and vehicles he/they has/have <strong>in</strong> hand for<br />
execut<strong>in</strong>g the work & those he/they <strong>in</strong>tends/<strong>in</strong>tend to purchase.<br />
2.3.2 (A) The tenderer/s must submit along with his/their tenders:-<br />
i) A statement show<strong>in</strong>g similar works executed by him/them.<br />
ii)<br />
iii)<br />
iv)<br />
Certificates of successful completion of his/their work.<br />
A statement of all payments received aga<strong>in</strong>st all successfully completed<br />
work/works <strong>in</strong> progress of all types (not necessarily similar <strong>in</strong> type to work <strong>in</strong><br />
this tender) <strong>in</strong>dicat<strong>in</strong>g the organizations/units from which the payments have<br />
been received. Necessary certificates <strong>in</strong> this regard, from the authorities who<br />
made the payments, for three preced<strong>in</strong>g years should be enclosed, duly<br />
attested.<br />
A list of their Eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g Organization and equipments, construction Tools<br />
and Plants available with them.<br />
v) (a) “As a proof of technical experience/competence, For the works more than<br />
50 Lakh, the tenderer should have physically completed successfully at<br />
least one similar s<strong>in</strong>gle work for a m<strong>in</strong>imum value of 35% of advertised<br />
tender value, <strong>in</strong>clusive of the cost of cement and steel <strong>in</strong> last Three f<strong>in</strong>ancial<br />
years (i.e. current year and three previous years) up to the date of<br />
open<strong>in</strong>g of the tender”.<br />
(b) The tenderer should be have received total contract amount dur<strong>in</strong>g last<br />
three f<strong>in</strong>ancial years and up to date of open<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> the current year as per<br />
latest ITCC/audited books of accounts of a m<strong>in</strong>imum value of 150% of<br />
advertised cost of work.<br />
The similar Nature of work is def<strong>in</strong>ed as under:<br />
"The tenderer should have executed Civil Eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g Build<strong>in</strong>g works.<br />
I. When work has been physically competed and f<strong>in</strong>al bill is yet to be passed, the<br />
value of the work for judg<strong>in</strong>g the eligibility criteria, will be considered as under:<br />
II. Cases where measurements have not been recorded or f<strong>in</strong>al measurements<br />
have been recorded with negative variation, the value of the work will be taken as<br />
amount paid <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g statutory deductions.<br />
