Topography of area. 2. Soil strata at site of work. 3. Sources and availability of construction materials. 4. Rates for construction of material, water, electricity including all local taxes, royalties, octrois etc. 5. Availability of local labour (both skilled and unskilled) and relevant labour rates and labour laws. 6.
