D E C L A R A T I O N<br />
I/We hereby solemnly declare that I/We visited the site of the work (as on top sheet) personally<br />
and have made myself/ourselves fully conversant of the conditions there<strong>in</strong> and particular the<br />
follow<strong>in</strong>g:-<br />
1. Topography of area.<br />
2. Soil strata at site of work.<br />
3. Sources and availability of construction materials.<br />
4. Rates for construction of material, water, electricity <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g all local taxes,<br />
royalties, octrois etc.<br />
5. Availability of local labour (both skilled and unskilled) and relevant labour rates<br />
and labour laws.<br />
6. The exist<strong>in</strong>g roads and approaches to the site of work and requirements for further<br />
service roads/approaches to be constructed by me/us.<br />
7. The availability and rates of private land etc. that shall be required by me/us for<br />
various purposes.<br />
8. Climatic conditions and availability of work<strong>in</strong>g days.<br />
I/We have quoted my/our rates for various items <strong>in</strong> the schedule of items, quantities and<br />
rates tak<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong>to account all the above factors also.<br />
