Chief Administrative Officer, Indian Railway Project Management Unit, New Delhi for and on behalf of the
President of India invites sealed Open Tenders from the competent and experienced contractors on prescribed form
for the following work up to 15.00 hours on the opening date of tender. The detail of the tender is as under:-

Earnest money must be deposited in cash with Divisional/Head Quarter Cashier (Pay),
Northern Railway/N.C.Railway or in the shape of FDR, TDR, DD, DR, Pay Order
pledged in favour of FA & CAO/IRPMU, Shivaji Bridge, New Delhi. These terms of
earnest money could be either of state Bank of India or of any other nationalized Banks.
The earnest money can also be deposited in the form of deposit receipt executed by the
scheduled banks (other than the state Bank of India and the nationalized Bank) approved
by the Reserve Bank of India for this purpose. Tenders not accompanied with requisite
earnest money or received in any other form than those mentioned above shall be
summarily rejected.
The tender form will be available on any working day from 20.03.2013 to 03.04.2013 &
up to11.00 hours on 04.04.2013 for sale in the office of the CAO/IRPMU, (OS/Engg.)
Shivaji Bridge, New Delhi-110001. The cost of the tender form should be paid in cash or
to be paid in the form of pay order/demand draft from a nationalized bank/scheduled
Indian Bank drawn in favour of FA&CAO/IRPMU, Shivaji Bridge, New Delhi. Tender
documents will also be available on the net and can be downloaded from IRPMU Web
site at http://www.irpmu.railnet.gov.in &Government of Indian portal
http://www.tenders.gov.in. In case of downloading of Tender Form from Web site, the
cost of Tender Form should be submitted in the form of demand draft in favour of
FA&CAO/IRPMU, Shivaji Bridge, New Delhi otherwise, tender will not be considered.
The cost of tender form is non- refundable and the tender form is also non transferable.
Tender documents can also be purchased through post/courier by sending demand
draft/pay order for Rs. 3500/- (Rs. Three Thousand Five Hundred Only) drawn in favour
of FA&CAO/IRPMU, Shivaji Bridge, New Delhi. However IRPMU will not be
responsible for any delay on postal account.
