GEOGRAPHY SITUATION
• Takeo is in the south of Cambodia.
• The surface of the earth are 3,563 Km 2 and Border:
– The North: KANDAL Province Border.
– The South: KAMPOT and VIETNAM Border.
– The East: KANDAL and VIETNAM Border.
– The West: KAMPOT and KAMPONG SPOEU
• Takeo Has 10 Districts, 100 Commune and 1116 Villages
2- IN HEALTH SYSTEM
• There are 05 Operational health Districts
• There are 04 Refferral hospitals and 01 Provincial hospital.
• There are 72 Health centers and 03 Health posts.

-Pro-TWGH
Main Role and Function
• To strengthen coordination between PHD and its partners
including others sectors / departments of the province on
harmonization and efficient use of available resources.
• To ensure operational link between Pro-TWGH and TWGH.
• Add to Collectable resource ( for what wasn’t in the Province’s
planning and for requirement activities or Epidemic disease).
• Increased the clarity and to spread out the health information,
or this like finance.
• Supplemented to communicate and feedback about problem
with TWGH center by new reports to TWGH-secretariat.

• Secretariat to supporting on administrative to Pro-TWGH and
to take responsibility important on application the planning of
Pro-TWGH.
• Prepared documents file and style writing for Pro-TWGH
meeting .
• Writing minute in Pro-TWGH meeting.
• Imitate guarantee for decided of Pro-TWGH meeting.
• Prepared the Annual planning of Pro-TWGH.
• Usually to send the reporting to director of Pro-TWGH.
• Sent reporting to TWGH center.

• Health service delivery in health facilities and outreach
• BCC forum:
– IEC monitoring in 8 health centers and 2 ODs-RHs (OD&RH
Preykabas and OD&RH Kirivong).
– BCC forum training: 32 trainee in Takeo PHD meeting room.
• CDC : Malaria/IBN, Dengue, HIV/AIDS, TB, School
deforming and outreach to spread news influenza disease.
• HSSP, National and Health partner budget.
• EF, Pre identification of the poor.

Pro-TWGH : Strengths
• Clear role and function of the Pro-TWGH and its
secretariat.
• High participation of the members and regular
meeting.
• Good communication, coordination and alignment.
• Rational use of resources and assistance : avoiding the
overlapping of fund.

Pro-TWGH : Weaknesses
Quality of minute : lengthy iterative minute
• Late sending of quarterly report.
• Sometime membership and secretariat of
TWGH are frequently absents for the meeting
and Replace someone of NGOs staff are the
juniors who have difficulty to make decision
or to reply the question.
• Less feedback from TWGH secretariat.

• Strengthen Pro-TWGH secretariat.
• Improve the quality of minute : less detail but
focus on important points.
• Improve the commitment of senior officials
to attend the meeting.
• More and regular feed back from TWGH
secretariat.
