Creamy Layer) in relation to their applications for admission to. M. Tech. / Ph.D.<br />
/<strong>ADC</strong> Programmes <strong>of</strong> NIFFT for the session staring from 2008<br />
All the candidates (Other than SC / ST) if they belong to Other Backward Classes (Non<br />
Creamy Layer) Category are required to submit OBC (Non Creamy Layer) Certificate as<br />
per the format as indicated in Annexure-I issued by competent authority as per given in<br />
Annexure-I.<br />
OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates whose parents' yearly income not exceed Rs. 2.5<br />
lakh are also required to submit an undertaking as per Annexure-II<br />
It is to be noted that candidates who do not provide by the required information about<br />
Other Backward Classes (Non Creamy Layer) even though they had mentioned their<br />
category as OBC in the application form while applying, their candidature would be treated<br />
as General.<br />
