Monitoring the scholarship holders
An ongoing evaluation of each athlete is undertaken from
the moment they become an Olympic scholarship holder.
Olympic Solidarity has set up a reporting procedure adapted
to each type of training option available, making it possible
to measure the scholarship holders’ performance on
a regular basis, thus ensuring efficient monitoring and
follow-up. Participation in the various qualifying competitions
is an important part of the monitoring process. In
order to optimize the qualification chances of its Olympic
scholarship holders, Olympic Solidarity has also offered
financial assistance for the participation of the athletes in
a number of qualification competitions.
Suivi optimisé des boursiers
Une évaluation constante de chacun des athlètes a été
effectuée dès qu’ils sont devenus des boursiers olympiques.
La Solidarité Olympique a établi une procédure
de reporting adaptée à chaque option d’entraînement
disponible, permettant de mesurer les performances des
boursiers de manière régulière et d’assurer un contrôle et
un suivi efficaces. La participation aux différentes compétitions
de qualification a été une partie importante du
suivi de l’athlète. Afin d’optimiser les chances de qualification
de ses boursiers, la Solidarité Olympique a également
offert une assistance financière pour la participation
des boursiers à certaines compétitions de qualifications.
