The cable is removed as follows -<br />
Remove the bale arm assembly from machine.<br />
Release the cable clamp screw in the end of the stub shaft. Pull the<br />
cable away.<br />
Inside the cable hole in the stub shaft is a nylon spacer, knock out<br />
the spacer using a suitable punch.<br />
Note ........ When replacing a calliper cable, always fit a new cable<br />
and a new spacer.<br />
