8.5 Sources of Funds<br />
We have been able to obtain only limited data on recent flows of ODA funds and<br />
private investments into the infrastructure sectors. Figure 8.12 presents data from<br />
2003 for the ODA and the most recent years for PPI (here 2004 and 2002) for three<br />
<strong>Pacific</strong> countries.<br />
