operations, water supply,<br />
engineering, hydrology,<br />
project development and<br />
regional laboratory services.<br />
They also provide<br />
assistance to communities<br />
and customers in the<br />
areas of drought contingency<br />
planning, water<br />
sales and delivery, flow<br />
monitoring, water rights,<br />
<strong>Guadalupe</strong> basin hydrology<br />
studies and wastewater<br />
process evaluation.<br />
Operations staff handle<br />
the management,<br />
administration, operation<br />
and maintenance of all<br />
GBRA facilities in the<br />
<strong>Guadalupe</strong> <strong>River</strong> basin<br />
including seven hydroelectric<br />
dams and plants;<br />
Canyon Reservoir and the<br />
sale of water stored in the<br />
reservoir; water delivery<br />
systems supplying municipal,<br />
irrigation, and industrial<br />
users; four water<br />
treatment plants; eleven<br />
wastewater reclamation<br />
plants; and the Coleto<br />
Creek Reservoir and its<br />
related recreation facilities.<br />
