1. What is being offered in the Valentine’s Promotion
The Valentine’s Promotion gives ALL Digicel customers the opportunity to
purchase select Nokia handsets.
Each customer will receive bonus promotional credit (Postpaid/Prepaid) with the
purchase of any of the select Nokia handsets.
With the purchase of a SIM and a select handset, customers will receive an
additional bonus of $100.
2. What is the promotional period
Promotion begins on Thursday January 19 th and ends Sunday February 19th 2012.
3. Who can participate in the Promotion
All new and existing Digicel customers who purchase the selected handset from
an authorized Digicel dealer during the promotional period are eligible to receive
the promotional offering.
4. How does the promotion work

With the purchase of the Nokia 1616 or Nokia X2-01, customers will receive
$200 promotional credit or $200 rebate to their postpaid account.
With the purchase of the Nokia C2-01 or Nokia C3-00, customers will receive
$300 promotional credit or $300 rebate to their postpaid account.
If the customer purchases any of the listed phones and a SIM card they will
receive $100 credit/rebate in addition to the bonus received.
Credit will be handed to the customer upon purchasing a handset mentioned in the
promotion.
Rebates will reflect on the customer’s account within 24hrs after the purchase of
the select handset.
5. How is the credit added to the customer’s account
Prepaid customers promotional credit will be applied as bonus credit and will not
be added to their main balance.
Postpaid customers will receive promotional credit added as a rebate on their next
bill.
Once the credit is added, Prepaid customers must dial *120*7# to verify the new
balance.
6. What can prepaid customers use the credit for
Digicel to Digicel calls only.
Credit will NOT be added to the Main account.
7. What can postpaid customers use the credit for
There is no restriction on the use of credit for postpaid customers.
8. Can the Valentine’s Promotion Credit be transferred via Credit U
Prepaid customers will not be able to transfer bonus credit using Credit U
There is no restriction on the use of credit for postpaid customers, therefore they
will be able to transfer credit using Credit U

9. Are prepaid corporate hybrid and dual account customers required to use the
dialing prefix *949 when making a call
Yes. Corporate hybrid and dual account customers are required to dial *949
before the number being dialed in order to use the credit.
10. How do prepaid customers check their credit received from the Valentine’s
Promotion
Prepaid customers will enter *120*7# to check their balance, as the credit will
NOT be added to the main account.
11. When will the credit expire
Prepaid promotional credit will expire after seven (7) days of being added to the
customer’s account.
There is no expiry for credit added to Postpaid accounts.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE DIGICEL ‘Valentines Phone
Sale’ Promotion (2012)
1. The ‘Valentines Phone Sale' promotion, ‘the Promotion’, is available to all new
and existing prepaid and postpaid Digicel customers (‘Customers’)
2. The Promotion begins on Thursday January 19, 2012 and will continue until
Sunday February 19, 2012 or while stocks last or until such date that Digicel will
determine (‘the Promotion Period’)
3. During the Promotion Period, all Customers can purchase the handsets listed
below at Digicel stores, subject to stock availability.
4. The handsets listed below will be on sale as follows during the Promotion

5. Customers who purchase any of the Nokia 1616 or Nokia X2-01 handset under
this Promotion shall receive $200 free Digicel credit or $200 rebate to their
postpaid account.
6. Customers who purchase any of the Nokia C2-01 or Nokia C3-00 handsets under
this Promotion shall receive $300 free Digicel credit or $300 rebate to their
postpaid account.
7. Customers who purchase any of the handsets under this Promotion in addition
to a sim card shall receive an additional $100 free Digicel credit or an additional
$100 rebate to their postpaid account.
8. Customers remain bound by the Digicel Flex and Digicel Select terms and
conditions.
9. All prices set out herein are subject to GCT.
10. During the Promotion Period each Customer can purchase a maximum of two (2)
handsets.
11. Digicel reserves the right to at any time vary the terms of the Promotion,
to amend its Terms and Conditions, or to withdraw the Promotion. In any of
these events notice will be given via media advertisements (including via
Digicel’s website) or messages to subscribers and will be effective immediately or
as of the date referred to in such notification.
