The business rules associated with any business decision are best<br />
understood by business users and analysts—typically the same<br />
people who model the process. <strong>ARIS</strong> <strong>Business</strong> <strong>Rules</strong> <strong>Designer</strong>, following<br />
a very similar philosophy to process modeling, allows the<br />
people who model the business process to model how decisions are<br />
made, explicitly describing the business rules associated with decisions.<br />
Using a familiar spreadsheet-like interface, <strong>ARIS</strong> <strong>Business</strong> <strong>Rules</strong><br />
<strong>Designer</strong> enables business and IT users to describe the business<br />
rules relating to a decision in natural language. Then, using dragand-drop<br />
