14. Extensive experience <strong>of</strong> effectively managing <strong>ICT</strong> strategy and infrastructure.<br />

15. Proven experience <strong>of</strong> having delivered large and/or complex projects on time and cost and achieving high standards.<br />

16. Experience <strong>of</strong> leading change in an <strong>ICT</strong> environment.<br />

17. Knowledge <strong>of</strong> s<strong>of</strong>tware licensing and laws governing licensing and computer misuse.<br />

18. Budget management & purchasing <strong>ICT</strong> equipment and s<strong>of</strong>tware.<br />

19. Skilled and experienced in project management / strategy development.<br />

20. Experience <strong>of</strong> managing Service Level Agreements.<br />

21. Minimum <strong>of</strong> five years “hands on” experience <strong>of</strong> managing <strong>ICT</strong> systems in a commercial business environment.<br />
