HTTP and FTP filtering
Web pages elements options
In this section you can define advanced parameters for filtering of objects contained in
Web pages which meet the particular rule.
This setting will be used if the user cannot override web content rules. If the user can
override the rules, user account settings are used the URL rule will be ignored.
For details on user accounts, rights and web elements filtering, refer to chapter 16.2.
Access limitations based on occurrence of denied words (strings)
Use this option to deny users to access web pages containing words/strings defined on
the Forbidden Words tab in the Configuration → Content Filter → HTTP Policy.
For detailed information on forbidden words, see chapter 13.4.
Web page content antivirus check
This option enables or disables antivirus check for web pages meeting the criteria set in
the Configuration → Content Filter → Antivirus (see chapter 14.3) if this option is enabled.
By default, HTTP antivirus control is applied to any HTTP traffic (including pages meeting
no criteria set in URL rules). For this reason, this option is enabled in newly created URL
rules. The main purpose of this option is to allow administrators disable antivirus check
for pages considered as secure by the firewall administrator.
HTTP Inspection Advanced Options
Click on the Advanced button in the HTTP Policy tab to open a dialog where parameters for
the HTTP inspection module can be set.
