KONTINUITA poisťovňa, a.s. Vienna Insurance Group is<br />
dynamically growing company.<br />
Majority of employees have secondary education with<br />
high school diploma, with most of them in the 18 – 30<br />
years of age group.<br />
Employee benefits<br />
One of the components of employee motivational system<br />
is also the annual employee benefits programme.<br />
Also through its social programme KONTINUTA poisťovňa<br />
a.s. Vienna Insurance Group offers its employees<br />
a broad range of benefits with the aim being to contribute<br />
to the regeneration of workforce, as well as cultural<br />
and sports activities. Individual events are<br />
organised in order to improve communication and<br />
inter-personal relationships at workplace, employee<br />
satisfaction improvement and to strengthen identification<br />
of employees with the company philosophy.<br />
In 2008 the fund proceeds were used for the following<br />
benefits: meals allowance, sport days, as well as social<br />
assistance.<br />
Individual types of employee benefits contribute towards<br />
the improvement in the standard of living of our<br />
employees, ongoing improvement of inter-company<br />
communication and development of productive<br />
relationships within the work process, as well as social,<br />
cultural and sport activities.<br />
