In the area of personnel controlling, KONTINUITA<br />

poisťovňa, a.s. Vienna Insurance Group has clearly set<br />

goals:<br />

- to pursue the strategic goals of the company<br />

- explicit definition of the contribution of human<br />

resources management.<br />

Fulfil the visions and goals, ensure prosperity and<br />

success of Vienna Insurance Group.<br />

The introduction of personnel controlling was a result<br />

of the need to optimise the HR use, as well as optimising<br />

expenses attributable to human resources management.<br />

Personnel controlling focuses on the following:<br />

- Conducting analyses related to the number of employees<br />

in individual functional areas,<br />

- Determining employee needs in the form of human resources<br />

needs planning,<br />

- Definition of the most suitable method for recruitment<br />

of new employees in terms of the selection costs,<br />

- Review of education, results of specialised trainings<br />

and career development management,<br />

- Planning for filling job vacancies from available resources,<br />

- Preparation of personnel expenses budget and tracking<br />

the actual expenses,<br />

- Employee assessment.<br />
