Vienna Insurance Group HR strategy<br />

Human resources (HR) are a key to success of each company. An implementation of the HR strategy oriented towards<br />

the employees of “the family of Vienna Insurance Group” has been in process within Vienna Insurance Group since 2007.<br />

The goal is to create a successful and complex strategy in the area of working with<br />

human capital of Vienna Insurance Group.<br />
