28. Events after the balance-sheet date
As of 1 January 2009, Slovakia adopted the Euro as the single legal tender in the country. The conversion from Slovak
crowns to the Euro, including the valuation of assets, liabilities, and equity, was effected using the agreed conversion
rate of EUR 1 = SKK 30.1260.
After 31 December 2008, no other significant events have occurred that would require recognition or disclosure in the
2008 financial statements.
The notes on pages 1 to 51 are an integral part of these financial statements.
