28. Events after the balance-sheet date<br />
As of 1 January 2009, Slovakia adopted the Euro as the single legal tender in the country. The conversion from Slovak<br />
crowns to the Euro, including the valuation of assets, liabilities, and equity, was effected using the agreed conversion<br />
rate of EUR 1 = SKK 30.1260.<br />
After 31 December 2008, no other significant events have occurred that would require recognition or disclosure in the<br />
2008 financial statements.<br />
The notes on pages 1 to 51 are an integral part of these financial statements.<br />
