The CSA Library is the only leisure reading library of its kind
in Maadi and a much-valued resource for expatriates. Amongst
our collection we have fiction, non-fiction, biographies, travel
guides, books for children, magazines and more. It is well
stocked through community donations and has several new
and old favorites to suit all interests.
We also have a Movie Club with over 600 DVDs to chose from
including comedies, romance, drama, and classics.

Our Village Gift Shop is the ideal place to find unique local
crafts, ‘goodwill’ items, and specially-themed gifts for the holiday
seasons. We have the perfect souvenirs to take home for
friends and family and we stock books, magazines, and maps.

Calico CAT (Clothing Adoption Trust) is CSA’s consignment
outlet where you can buy and sell pre-owned women’s and
children’s clothing, household goods and other decorative
accessories. Calico CAT caters perfectly to the transient lifestyle
of an expatriate.

We also host highly popular monthly bazaars which bring
together vendors of all arts and crafts. Set in the CSA garden,
our bazaars are the ideal place to browse a unique variety of
items all in one location.

At CSA you can get together with friends over a cappuccino
or fresh fruit juice at Caffe Greco who specialize in the highest
quality Arabica coffees. Relax in the café’s lounge or outdoors
in the garden and enjoy a hot drink, fresh pastry or light lunch.
