The origin of this complete Bolton son is in the deep US<br />
cow family of Neu-Way Patron Allie. For generations,<br />
this cow family proves, by its countless sons in Europe<br />
and North America that it does not depend on extremes<br />
in Holstein breeding, but on a balanced overall package.<br />
So good production figures and solid conformation<br />
are combined here.<br />
Bolto daughters are very uniform with lots of dairy type,<br />
adequate strength and lots of harmony. They have a medium<br />
frame as well as sufficient depth and capacity so<br />
that they will continue to develop well over the lactations<br />
to come. The level rumps impress with their length.<br />
The type strength of the Bolto daughters is reflected very<br />
clearly by their bone structure as well. The very clean<br />
feet and legs have average angle and score with their<br />
correct set. Fluent locomotion of the very calm animals<br />
completes the harmonic overall picture.<br />
Udders of the highly efficient Bolto progeny are characterized<br />
by good udder texture and a very strong<br />
suspensory ligament. Rear udders are highly and widely<br />
attached and above average and fore udders have a<br />
good attachment as well, so that the udder floor is carried<br />
well above the hocks.<br />
Bolto is the production sire who also brings nice type,<br />
resulting in a hardworking production cow with lots of<br />
style. Besides the very good feet and legs and excellent<br />
bone quality, the very strong suspensory ligament is a<br />
reason that Bolto daughters will have high productions<br />
over many lactations.<br />
