The annual mine budget estimate is shown in Table 18-41. Within the cash flow estimate the mine operating costs for the first year of operations were reduced by C$1.4 million to recognize the 49,000 tonnes of ore to be mined in the preproduction period. Paste fill placement is included in the mine costs at a cement addition rate of 4% and a cost of C$260 /t of cement delivered to the site. The annual cement requirement is forecast to be 23,000 tonnes. This will require 1,100 standard 20’ containers with 2 tonne bags of cement.
