Award winner to address NZ Consultants
The Recruitment and Consulting Services Association Australia and New
Zealand’s 2013 PEARL Award winner, Dr Sam Hazledine will address
consultants at the PEARL Consultant Forum in Auckland on 12 July.
Sam is the Managing Director of Australasia’s fastest growing medical
recruitment company, MedRecruit, which has featured in the Deloitte Fast 50
for the past four consecutive years.
Sam, who hails from Queenstown, will present Three Elements of Long Term
Success. He will share with consultants his methodology on achieving
consistent success across all areas of life; highlighting the three elements
required to achieve this.
This year’s NZ PEARL Consultant Forum follows the theme Breakthrough to
Excellence – Taking the Next Step to Peak Performance, and features an
impressive lineup of industry professionals and specialist speakers.
This year’s forum is designed to provide an educational and open setting for
recruitment personnel to meet and network with other successful recruiters,
learn new strategies, and focus on how to develop personal leadership skills.
Additional speakers include Ngahihi o te ra Bidois, commonly referred to as the
face of New Zealand. Ngahihi’s presentation, Ancient wisdom, modern
solutions for leaders, will outline wisdom from his Maori culture and others as
modern day solutions for RCSA Forum attendees
Amanda Hector MRCSA will present Internal vs External Recruiters How to
truly add value with a passive candidate pipeline; and Elizabeth McCormick will
present Social Media and the Talent Journey: The perfect tool to start
recruitment conversations and also keep your current teams engaged.
