Cell Technology Performance Plans<br />
Value of Preventive Maintenance<br />
Periodically inspection and preventive maintenance of your<br />
instruments ensure that the cell manipulation instruments are<br />
consistently operating at peak performance and are ready<br />
for use. This is extremely important for <strong>In</strong> Vitro Fertilization<br />
(IVF) techniques like: <strong>In</strong>tracytoplasmic Sperm <strong>In</strong>jection (ICSI)<br />
and Pre-Implantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD). This includes<br />
cleaning of all external parts, visual checking of all sensitive<br />
parts and stability testing. Where applicable the following<br />
services are also included: checking leak tightness, analyzing<br />
device data, and exchange of oil and wear and tear parts.<br />
A complete and final system test will be performed.<br />
Certification Service<br />
<strong>In</strong>stallation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) services<br />
are available for all instruments. IQ/OQ assures that your<br />
<strong>Eppendorf</strong> ® instrumentation is delivered, installed and<br />
operating according to manufacturer specifications. This<br />
service also includes cleaning of internal assemblies and<br />
electrical testing where applicable. We support you <strong>with</strong><br />
establishing your documentation in regulated working areas<br />
issuing OQ certificate.<br />
