FORD TRITON SPARK PLUG<br />
PORCELAIN EXTRACTOR KIT<br />
• Designed to extract frozen and broken spark plug ground electrode shields in Ford Triton<br />
engines 2004 to present - 4.6, 5.4, 6.8 V-10<br />
• Using these special tools and a strong epoxy you should be able to extract the broken porcelain left<br />
behind when spark plug removal was attempted<br />
• The advantage of this method of extraction is to prevent broken pieces of porcelain from entering the<br />
combustion chamber<br />
• Ford specifically does NOT recommend pushing the broken porcelain down into the cylinder.<br />
Doing so would mean the removal of the cylinder head<br />

SHIELD EXTRACTOR KIT<br />
• Designed to extract frozen and broken spark plug ground electrode shields in Ford Triton<br />
engines 2004 to present - 4.6, 5.4, 6.8 V-10<br />
• The elongated plug has a stainless steel shield – as the carbon deposit builds-up, the shield sticks<br />
and stays in the cylinder head spark plug well<br />
• Use the specially machined guide with the tap (9mm x 8"L) (203.2 mm) to tap the shield<br />
• Use the extractor to pull out the stainless steel sleeve<br />
• Problem solved; saving time and huge expense<br />
