HONING OIL
An appropriate honing oil is recommended, use sparingly. Clean cylinder walls
thoroughly after honing. On hydraulic cylinders use hydraulic brake fluid or non-petroleum
water-soluble lubricant.
FLEX-HONE FOR DISC BRAKE ROTORS
• They break up the spiral grooves left on new and re-turned brake rotors
• Produce a "swirl" or cross hatch pattern and a non-directional finish that reduces braking noise
and lowers harmonic vibrations
• 1/4" mandrel
• Use in low speed 3/8" drill motor while rotor is turning on brake lathe
• Can also be used on flywheels
