What is Top Talent
Top Talent is a new section in GRADMalaysia.com that showcases young and talented Malaysians who
perfect platform for aspiring jobseekers to showcase their knowledge, skills and abilities. A new talent
How can I submit a profile
Please give a brief introduction of yourself of not more than 50 words. You should be interesting and
bubbly to encourage employers to read on. A short history of yourself and where you hope to go will be
elaborated on in the following sections.
University life
Tell us about your academic career so far. This is the chance to impress with your high-flying
achievements and intellectual credentials. Were there any difficulties you had to overcome to get where
you are today Enlighten us. Also tell us about your extra-curricular activities which would set you apart
from the rest of the pack. Were you a cheerleader A long distance runner Underwater flight trainer of
ravens An industrial spy for an international conglomerate Spill the beans in not more than 250
words.
Future aspirations
Tell us about what you want to do in the future, what you wish to achieve in your career in the next 150
words or less. Give us a clue to how you want to change the world, improve the total sum of human
employers, so do take time to highlight clearly the fields and industries that you would be interested in,
as well as your desired role in them (consultant, researcher, practitioner etc). Note: “Surfer dude, CEO”
is not an acceptable career aspiration. Be honest, open and realistic, but do not keep your ambition,
will equip you to excel in your chosen field(s).
