a. Electronic Data Exchange (EDI):<br />
<strong>Air</strong> <strong>Canada</strong> <strong>Cargo</strong> <strong>Supplementary</strong> <strong>Charges</strong><br />
Effective April 1, 2009<br />
All House <strong>Air</strong> Waybills (HAWBs) data submitted to<br />
<strong>Air</strong> <strong>Canada</strong> by EDI will be charged. Per HAWB 2.50<br />
For any inaccurate information that will need to be<br />
amended by <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Canada</strong>, a manual fee will be applied<br />
as listed below.<br />
b. Documentation (<strong>Air</strong> Waybill/ House <strong>Air</strong> Waybill) for<br />
<strong>Air</strong> <strong>Canada</strong> to enter data into its own CBSA reporting<br />
System Per HAWB 15.00<br />
c. Direct data transmission to CBSA by Forwarder:<br />
No charge will be incurred if prior agreement has<br />
been made with <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Canada</strong>.<br />
