Slab underlay 

The concrete underlay membrane will prevent moisture from penetrating 

beneath the slab. This prevents damage to internal fl oor coverings from 

rising damp and mould. 

The Polyethylene fi lm that is used is made especially for the Australian 

building industry and conforms to Australian Standards AS2870, 

AS4347.6 and AS1326

Intersection Chairs 

The heavy duty intersection chair was designed for the precast industry and the production of “SuperT Beams”. 

The result is a design that takes advantage of the intersection to provide a chair that does not move. Clipped 

to both bars at the intersection, the chair is amazingly secure and will not swivel or turn, Ideal in vertical 

applications. The chairs are currently designed to accommodate combinations of Y16 bars and Y12 bars. 

Designed and manufactured from quality plastic for optimum performance, the new chairs have been load 

tested to exceed 200kg.

Waterproofing 

Supercast Hydrofoil Sections 

Centre bulb sections are used in expansion, 

contraction and construction joints. The 

centre bulb allows for movements in a 

structure to be accommodated whilst its 

hexagonal design provides a fl at surface. This 

allows shuttering and joint fi llers to fi t snugly.

Supercast Rearguard “S” 

Selection incorporates a fl at top centre box 

which allows movement to be accomodated d in 

expansion joints. The box also provides a seating 

to support joint fi llers. Intersections available. 

Conseal Waterstop 

Conseal 231 is the perfect product for 

sealing non-moving joints in pre-cast 

structures or between in-situ pours and 

existing concrete applications. It does not 

depend on moisture activation to work as its 

mechanical properties depend on the bond to 

each side of the joint and not the expansion 

of the product itself. 50mm of cover required.

Superswell 47B is an economical product for

Hydrotite is a hydrophilic waterstop which exhibits excellent durability and water sealing capacity. It 

expands as it absorbs water and fi lls up concrete joint gaps confi rming to the gap variation, ensuring 

excellent sealing. Hydrotite is based on tehnology of hydrophilics, a material which expands in a 

controlled fashion by approximately eight times by volume in presence of moisture to create a 

pressure seal within the joint.
