reminded that there is no
a premium during the festivities
blankets are a good idea if
Inside
BY AL PERRY
Stride Inside has been
organized and run in conjunction
with the Kamloops
Y. In the winter months the
walks take place in the
Aberdeen Mall and in the
summer at Riverside Park
and McArthur island.
This is an ideal way for
seniors to get out three
times a week for a walk,
fresh air and to have fun and
laughter. The walk days are
Monday, Wednesday and
Friday starting at 8:30 am.
To join just show up at
any one of the walks as listed
in schedule.
Happy
Canada
Day
To all Canadians from myself and my family,
Happy Birthday.
It is each of us that makes Canada what it is
and I’m proud to say I love my country and
enjoy my fellow Canadians.
Hope to see you at the celebration on July
1st and let us give thanks that we’re lucky
enough to living in this great country.
