Faculty<br />

Jeffrey Manganaro Associate at Todd & Weld, LLP, in Boston<br />

Mr. Manganaro practices exclusively in family law. He received a B.A. degree from<br />

Bowdoin College and a J.D. degree from New England School of <strong>Law</strong> (cum laude).<br />

Mr. Manganaro was selected by his peers as a <strong>Massachusetts</strong> Super <strong>Law</strong>yers “Rising<br />

Star”, as published in Boston Magazine in 2009, 2010, and 2011. He is a member of<br />

the Boston and <strong>Massachusetts</strong> Bar Associations.<br />

Lenore Pellani Case Manager at Boston <strong>Law</strong> Collaborative, LLC, in Boston<br />

Ms. Pellani has been a paralegal more than 25 years. Her experience includes<br />

construction, healthcare, securities, commercial litigation. She has concentrated on<br />

domestic relations matters since 1993. Ms. Pellani has a B.A. degree from Tyler School<br />

of Art and an MFA degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.<br />

Michael G. Xavier Associate at <strong>Prince</strong> <strong>Lobel</strong> Glovsky & Tye in Boston<br />

Mr. Xavier is a trial lawyer concentrating in all areas of family law litigation and probate<br />

litigation, restraining order hearings, criminal matters, reproductive technology, and<br />

non-traditional marriages. He has lectured at Suffolk University <strong>Law</strong> School on same<br />

sex marriage, divorce and parentage issues. In October 2010 and 2011 Mr. Xavier<br />

was recognized as a “Rising Star” by <strong>Massachusetts</strong> Super <strong>Law</strong>yer magazine. He is a<br />

graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Northeastern University School of <strong>Law</strong>.<br />

Mary R. LaCivita Of Counsel to Orsi, Arone, Rothenberg, Iannuzzi & Turner, LLP<br />

Ms. LaCivita is an attorney in Needham who has concentrated her practice in family<br />

law litigation, maintaining a solo practice in Eastern <strong>Massachusetts</strong> since September<br />

2010. Her practice includes complex and smaller divorce, paternity, modification and<br />

en<strong>for</strong>cement matters, restraining orders and prenuptial agreements. She is a mentor<br />

<strong>for</strong> the Women’s Bar Foundation’s <strong>Family</strong> <strong>Law</strong> Project <strong>for</strong> Battered Women. She also<br />

volunteers regularly as <strong>Law</strong>yer <strong>for</strong> the Day in Plymouth and Norfolk Counties.<br />

Ms. LaCivita received a B.A. degree in History from Boston University (cum laude), and<br />

a J.D. degree from Suffolk University <strong>Law</strong> School (cum laude). She has been named as<br />

Dawn A. MacGregor <strong>Law</strong> Office of Dawn A. MacGregor, PC in Hingham<br />

Ms. MacGregor concentrates her practice in domestic relations/family law matters. Prior<br />

to starting her own practice in 2010, Ms. MacGregor was a domestic relations associate<br />

at several Boston firms, including Kates & Barlow, PC (2009-2011), Brown Rudnick, LLP<br />

(2004-2009), and White, Inker & Aronson, PC (2001-2004). In addition, Ms. MacGregor<br />

served as a law clerk to the Justices of the <strong>Massachusetts</strong> Probate and <strong>Family</strong> Court<br />

(1999-2001). She is a graduate of New England School of <strong>Law</strong> (J.D.) and Bentley College<br />

(B.S.-Finance).<br />

Karen A. Richards Paralegal at Boston <strong>Law</strong> Collaborative, LLC, in Boston<br />

Ms. Richards is a paralegal with Boston <strong>Law</strong> Collaborative, LLC (BLC). She received a<br />

bachelor’s degree in legal studies and her graduate certificate from the University of<br />

<strong>Massachusetts</strong> Alternative Dispute Resolution Program. Prior to working at BLC, Karen<br />
