Building Your Manuscript<br />

After receiving your manuscript back from colleagues,<br />
rewrite your article. Consider waiting until ALL of the<br />
reviews are back, so you can identify patterns that<br />
emerge from their comments. Then, incorporate the ideas<br />
of colleagues that you believe improve the manuscript,<br />
but be careful not to change every single thing; the<br />
results might be "losing your voice" in your piece, or<br />
ending up with a choppy piece of writing.<br />
If you made extensive changes, consider returning your<br />
manuscript to the same colleagues for another review.<br />
