Concept<br />
The <strong>cutting</strong> <strong>unit</strong> of the MÜSONIC 1/265 ultrasonic<br />
tape <strong>cutting</strong> machine (manufacture up to the year<br />
2000) can only be adjusted, when each blade is individually<br />
reset. Adjustment takes place while the<br />
machine is running. All the labels on the machine<br />
during the resetting of the blade position have to be<br />
discarded. The <strong>cutting</strong> machine can be modified<br />
using the retrofitting package, so that the <strong>cutting</strong> bar<br />
can be adjusted as a single <strong>unit</strong> with the knives.<br />
Main features<br />
– The <strong>cutting</strong> <strong>unit</strong>s (3) can be adjusted laterally as<br />
a single <strong>unit</strong> with the help of the new bedding of<br />
the guide shaft (2)<br />
– Quick and simple adjustment using the setting<br />
nut (1)<br />

Straightforward retroffitting<br />
All the MÜSONIC 1/265 ultrasonic tape <strong>cutting</strong><br />

December 1999 can be retrofitted with the laterally<br />
adjustable complete <strong>unit</strong>.<br />
Retrofitting is simple and can be completed by the<br />
customer using the instructions provided.<br />
